- Is this really free?
- Yes. The 30-min call and the one-page memo cost you nothing. We do this because roughly 1 in 4 audits turns into a paid engagement — that math works for us. No obligation if you just want the savings list and want to do it yourself.
- What about my data security?
- Read-only billing access (AWS Cost Explorer IAM role / Azure Cost Management RBAC / GCP Billing viewer) is the safest path. You can revoke at any time. If you'd rather upload a CSV, we encrypt-at-rest and delete after 30 days. NDA available on request before the call.
- Will you actually find 20–35%?
- If your monthly bill is over ₹50K (~$600) and you've never run a cost optimisation pass, almost certainly yes. If you've already optimised hard, we're more likely to find 5–15% — still worth the call. We tell you up front in the first 5 minutes if there's nothing here for you.
- What if I need help implementing?
- That's our Cloud + DevOps subscription, starting at ₹9,999/mo (or equivalent USD/EUR). The audit memo includes specific items we can take on, with effort estimates. Or take the memo and use any other vendor — your call.
- Do you do this for Azure and GCP too, not just AWS?
- Yes. Azure (Reservations + Hybrid Benefit) and GCP (Committed Use Discounts) cost surfaces are different but the audit playbook is the same. Pick the cloud you're on when you book.
- Can you audit a multi-cloud setup?
- Yes. Roughly 30% of our audits are multi-cloud (typically AWS + GCP, or AWS + Azure for legacy workloads). The memo covers each cloud separately and flags any cross-cloud egress costs.
